If everybody but one on earth dies, is it possible for this one to find happiness?
Do you think he/she’s going to adapt and somehow find inner happiness? How important is the is the existence of other people? To what extent can we live without others around us? How do you imagine the scenario? You won’t share, you won’t talk, you won’t interact with others…can the happiness/bliss that is in you(according to spiritual leaders) save YOU?
Can one be entirely selfsufficient?
Happiness requires nothing. You can be happy at any moment at your will. Any causality attributed to happiness is a choice, and an error of judgment.

I believe happiness should be shared. Happiness is the sharing of a part of ourselves. Just my opinion, very good question
Happiness doesn’t happen to you, it’s a choice. So if the person chooses it, they would be happy. You don’t "adapt" to find it unless you mean changing your perception to allow for it.
Some of your other terms are pretty vague, like "save" and "inner happiness". Clarify your question a little more.
Of course it’s possible to live without others around us. Lots of people out there doing it. There may still be dependency on others in ways that aren’t visible, though.

No. Like it or not, man is a herd animal. To be left alone on an entire planet is a truly horrifying concept.
